- 7 chicken breast fillets
- 2 medium onions
- 4 garlic cloves without skin
- 3 tablespoons of combined spices (45 g)
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper (15 g)
- 2 tablespoons of salt (30 g)
- 2 tablespoons of marinade powder (30 g)
- 1 large red pepper, sliced
- 2 cayenne leaves (optional)
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (15 ml)
The first thing you should do is separate the fillets of chicken breast from the rest of the ingredients and wash very well. Then, drain and let stand.
Then proceed to chop the chicken breasts in small cuts, no more than 3 centimeters and set aside in a bowl.
Afterward, you will have to take care of the garlic, onions, red pepper, spices, pepper, salt and marinade and cut and mix very well. This will give flavor to the pinchitos.
Once finished the previous step, proceed to cover everything and reserve in the refrigerator for a few hours.
It’s time to use wooden sticks where the chicken skewers will go.
Next, it’s time to assemble. To do this, you should grease a little oil with each toothpick and place 4 to 6 cuts of chicken together with the onions, peppers, and seasonings. Do not forget this step.
