·         Cover the saucepan and leave it for 10 minutes.

5. Breakfast with oatmeal, apple, and honey

·         3 tablespoons oat flakes (45 g)

·         1 glass of skim milk (200 ml)

·         1 apple

·         2 tablespoons of honey (30 g)


·         Put the rolled oats in a saucepan and bring them to boil with the milk for 3 or 5 minutes.

·         Then, when the milk with oatmeal comes to a boil, add a chopped apple and mix.

·         Leave on a low heat for 5 more minutes and serve in a bowl.

·         Finally, sprinkle the tablespoons of honey to sweeten.

6. Oatmeal with vegetable milk and cinnamonbreakfasts
