  • 2 ripe avocados
  • Olive oil.

  • 8 pieces of chicken or smoked turkey
  • 1 onion shallot cut in half finely, in the shape of half rings
  • 300 g of Brussels sprouts, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tbsp Apple vinegar soup
  • 4 large eggs
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


Brown the chicken or turkey pieces in a large skillet over medium heat, with two teaspoons of olive oil. Remove the pieces with a spatula.

Put the onion cut with a teaspoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper in the pan. Fry until golden brown.

  • 12-15 eggs
  • 200 g of grated cheese
  • 50 g of chives
  • 200 g of any vegetable to taste (tomato, peppers, broccoli, zucchini, eggplant, etc.)
  • 200 g of ham, some type of cooked meat
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp. from aromatic herbs to taste


Heat the oven to 190 degrees. Spread the silicone molds for muffins with olive oil.

Cut the vegetables into small pieces and brown them in a pan.

Cut the ham or pieces of the desired meat into cubes.

In the bottom of the mold, put a layer of meat, followed by vegetables, grated cheese, and chives. The mold should be filled, approximately, up to 2/3.

With a fork, beat the eggs, and add spices, salt, and pepper.
