The baked chicken wings is a main dish of white meat tasty, fast and cheap that is prepared with Chicken Wings! For the recipe, you can buy the chicken wings that you find at the supermarket or at the butcher’s counter. If they are quite large, you can divide them into smaller pieces! You will only need a few euros and 10 minutes to make the panure with chopped rosemary or your choice of aromatic herbs or spicy or aromatic spices such as paprika! Bread the wings and immediately cooking! The result is delicious and soft to the bite golden casing! Great as a main dish, served with classic baked potato but it is also a perfect fresh salad for a lighter accompaniment! Try them early and tell me if they are not delicious!

Baked Chicken Wings Recipe


Quantity for 4 people

  • 1 kg of chicken wings
  • 3 – 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • A sprig of rosemary (alternatively dry rosemary or herbs or spices to taste such as paprika)

How to make baked chicken wings

First of all, divide the chicken wings into equal pieces, if they are not already small. They must have more or less the same size of 6 – 7 cm.

Add a little oil and massage the fins so as to season them completely on all sides pour some breadcrumbs into a plate, add the previously chopped rosemary and salt.

Then bread the chicken wings:

Transfer the breadcrumbs to a pan previously lined with parchment paper.

Add a drop of oil on each fin:

Bake in a very hot static oven at 180° in the middle for about 30 minutes. The last 10 minutes operate the grill and raise it to 200° to favor the golden surface.

Your baked chicken wings are ready! Serve them hot!
