Who said that only carnivores can do the barbecue? Here’s how to prepare a delicious veggie grill.

A vegan grill is prepared in a short time with many fresh and delicious ingredients . In addition to vegetables, which we always recommend buying in season, you can also grill tofu , tempeh and seitan .
The secret to making this second vegan really special is, as always, the marinade.
To a very good vegan grilled cut the tofu at regular rectangular slices and then put it on the hot grid spennellandolo frequently with a mixture of apple cider vinegar , fresh dill , seed coriander and agave juice . In this way, while cooking, a caramelized crust will be created that will make the tofu even more appetizing. For an easier marinade, try a mix of olive oil and herbs, such as rosemary and thyme.
You can also substitute tofu with tempeh or seitan . In the first case, before grilling, marinate the tempeh in a bowl with white wine, hot green pepper, fennel seeds and agave juice. With seitan , on the other hand, try the barbecue sauce , or again a simpler solution based on extra virgin olive oil and aromatic herbs with which to brush it while it cooks.
While the tofu is grilling, prepare the vegetables . Take the aubergines and courgettes, wash them under tap water, remove the ends and then cut them into slices, or into cubes more or less of the same size. Stick them on toothpicks and always brush them with a mix of oil, salt and rosemary. If you like, you can also add garlic and scallions and a sprinkling of pepper to the marinade. An original idea to make your skewers even more beautiful is to cut aubergines and courgettes vertically and roll them on the sticks.
HOW TO PURIFY WITH A VEGGIE DIET
Tomatoes and peppers , on the other hand, must first be cleaned of seeds and filaments and then sliced. Then grill them on all sides and brush them with the same solution you used for aubergines and courgettes.
To accompany the skewers, you can also cook potatoes on the barbecue. The best option is baked in foil, wrapped in aluminum foil and cooked in the grill, then served with hummus.
You can decide to make skewers, alternating cheese and vegetables, or make separate portions. Finally, once everything is cooked, you can season with soy sauce.
