This is a typical recipe of the American community, specifically African American since its creation took place in New Orleans (the capital of jazz).
The recipe is designed for 3 people of good food, with 4 supreme since it would behoove each 5 servings of fried chicken.
Ingredients Fried Chicken
- 4 chicken supreme, or alternatively 1 chicken, bucking (depending on number of guests).
- 3 cups flour four zeros (0000).
- Salt.
- Butter.
- 2 Eggs.
- Olive oil.
- Milk.
Dough Preparation
- Start pouring 3 cups of flour in a bowl .
- Once mixed 3 cups of flour, proceed evenly including salt (to taste).
- Strongly stir the flour and salt, then we can make a merger between the two.
- After mixing the salt with the flour, we took another plate and quickly beat 2 eggs. Add to the mixture and began to stir the dough with a fork.
