The first step in making this garlic butter recipe is to peel the garlic cloves and chop them very finely. Next, you must introduce them into a mortar and crush them with the pestle until you obtain a kind thick, and consistent paste.

On the other hand, wash the parsley, drain it, and with the help of a knife, also chop it into small pieces.

Step: 2

Once the garlic is well crushed, it is time to add the amount of salt to taste, the chopped parsley, and a touch of black pepper. Pound again with the pestle so that the flavors of all the ingredients mix together.
