Apple and walnut cake. A delicious recipe that only has one drawback: it disappears very quickly the plate!
One of the greatest pleasures we can have when we enjoy a good cup of coffee or tea, is to accompany it with a good piece of homemade cake. And we are very coffee at home, proof of this are the numerous cake recipes we have published in the dressing. The last, this recipe for apple cake and nuts.
Apple cake ingredients and nuts:
- 250 g flour
- Sugar 180 g
- 4 eggs
- Three Golden Apples
- 100 g of walnuts
- 80 ml sunflower oil and 100 g. liquid butter
- 200 ml of cream
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Preparation of apple cake and nuts:
- We take in a bowl the eggs, sugar, cream, sunflower oil and vanilla essence. We beat for a couple of minutes with the help of sticks.
- We incorporate the flour and yeast. We mix everything again.
- Peel apples and get discouraged. Cut into thin slices.
- Add to the mix the cake with chopped nuts.
- Mix gently.
- We put baking paper on a mold and fill it with the mass of apple and walnut cake.
- Bake for 45 minutes, with the preheated oven at 180 degrees.
- We check that the cake is done, you know, clicking with a knife and it has to come out clean.
- We take, we temper and unmold.
- When completely cool, we can sprinkle with powdered sugar, tasted.
