You probably know avocado as the basic ingredient of guacamole, in this version, instead it is the main ingredient of a sweet tasting drink ideal for a snack or a sweet break. Among the recipes with avocado it is one of the simplest and is also perfect after physical activity.
Thanks to its vitamin and mineral salt properties, it is a good regenerating after workout in the gym and beyond, and it is also delicious!
Ingredients for 2 people
- 1 avocado
- 300ml of almond or soymilk
- 3 teaspoons of brown sugar (optional) a
- Few ice cubes (optional)
- Cinnamon powder for serving or fresh mint leaves
- Prepare the blender and all the ingredients.
- Clean the avocado thoroughly.
- Cut the avocado into pieces.
- Using a hand blender or mixer, blend it well.
- Now add the milk and blend to mix everything.
- If you want to make everything more delicious, add the sugar and if you prefer it cold, add the ice and blend everything together.
- You can serve the smoothie in large glasses, with a nice sprinkling of cinnamon and also a cinnamon stick if you like instead of a spoon. If you don’t like cinnamon, you can decorate it with mint leaves.
