  • 1 red lettuce
  • Rocket leaves
  • 1 apple
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 kiwis
  • 3 slices of natural pineapple or in syrup
  • 1 cheese type Burgos 0% fat

  • Juice of an orange
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation

We cut the two types of lettuce julienne and mix it with the rocket leaves. We diced the fruits (apple, kiwis, pineapple, avocado) and added them to the lettuce and arugula. We will also need a bag of different lettuce leaves that are already mixed and that we can find in the market, and also arugula. Wash the lettuce and arugula well and put in a bowl. We cut into slices of pineapple and mixed with lettuce and arugula and put over a splash of the syrup that we had reserved. This salad can also be prepared with strips or taquitos of ham or pieces of chicken or any of these cheeses such as the Burgos type or goat’s curl.
